Learners old enough to manage their own record

For students & learners

Your timetable, your assignments, your results — one sign-in, nothing that isn't yours.

  • See today's timetable and this week's, without asking a teacher
  • Know what is due before it's late, not after
  • Results and attendance for the term, updated as they happen

By the upper years of school, learners are old enough to be accountable for their own record — but are usually the last people given access to it. Timetables live on a wall chart, assignments are announced verbally, and results arrive on a report card at the end of the term, by which point there is nothing left to do about them.

The student portal gives a learner their own timetable, their assignments with due dates, their results as they are published and their own attendance record — a deliberately narrow view of exactly their record, and nothing belonging to anyone else.

The effect is mostly on accountability. A learner who can see three assignments outstanding and a slipping attendance record is in a position to do something about it before a parent or a report card has to.

What you can do

  1. 01

Know where you are supposed to be

Your personal timetable for the day and the week, the same one your teachers see, updated the moment the school changes it.

    Modules

  2. 02

    Know what is due

Assignments for your own classes, with due dates and a place to submit — so "I forgot" stops being available as an excuse, to yourself or anyone else.

  3. 03

See your results as they are published

Marks and grades against the school's own grading scale, as soon as a teacher enters them — not weeks later on a printed report.

  4. 04

    Watch your own attendance

Your attendance record for the term, so a slipping pattern is something you notice and can explain, rather than something that surprises you at the end of it.

  5. 05

    Keep track of your books

Library loans and their due dates in the same place as everything else, so a book does not become a fine you find out about later.

    Modules

  6. 06

See what the school has announced

Circulars and announcements that apply to you, without relying on a notice board or a classmate to pass them on.

Register your school and we will take it from there

Set up your own login in a few minutes. We confirm every school by phone before activating it, so nobody can register a school in your name — and you are usually live within one working day.

Or try it first — the Trial tier gives you a full term, free, with every module unlocked. See plans.

Either way we confirm your school by phone before activating it, so you are live usually within one working day.
